Our journey began in 2007, at the height of Lebanon’s real estate boom. Developit was founded with the belief that housing should be more than just walls and floors—it should reflect smart design, efficient use of space, and thoughtful location planning.
The momentum carried us through 2008’s peak, but like many in the industry, we faced a slowdown by 2016. Added taxes and policy shifts, including the discontinuation of subsidized housing loans (Isken), made the market more complex.
Still, we held on—with grit, experience, and a commitment to our craft. Together with our trusted associates and dedicated workers, we’ve weathered storms and continued to deliver.
Fouad Sayegh
Hello, my name is Fouad Sayegh, and I’m the founder and owner of Developit s a r l, a real estate development company specializing in building affordable residential homes, wooden houses and resorts. With over 22 years of experience in the industry, it all started in 2003 in Saint Louis, United States, under a company named American real estate development LLC, where we rehabbed old houses and built new homes. I’ve dedicated my career to building innovative, high-quality properties that blend functionality with environmental consciousness. Our company has proudly delivered over 200 residential units in Maten, keserwan and Koura, always striving to exceed expectations in design, construction, and client satisfaction. My background in business and architecture has helped shape a forward-thinking, community-driven approach to real estate development.
